  1. Can you identify who is more likely to buy your product or use your service in the future? When will they be buying? Why will they be buying?
  2. Can you state clearly in 20 words or less why they will choose to buy your product, or use your service?
  3. Can you identify the core organization capabilities that will make you ready to deliver the "20-word why"? Innovation, Production, Brand, Face, Culture?
  4. Have you structured all activity in your business to grow and deliver those capabilities?
