View Beyond LLC was formed in 2009 by Vincent Tuckwood.
Vince has been described as a visionary, a transformational thinker, a guru and a magician when it comes to numbers.
All of which is humbling. As is the recognition for his breakthrough work on talent acquisition (including the 2000 Personnel Today Award for Innovation in Recruitment & Retention).
Mostly, though, Vince aims to make things better. He brings strengths in futuristic, strategic, activator, communication and maximizer together with a personal drive to impact and influence people to improve. He enjoys both the challenge of making change happen and the immense satisfaction of seeing things through.
